Aviation Cessna A188 (C-GZNI) from Val-d’Or, QC (CYVO) to Kapuskasing, ON (CYYU); C-GMXD pulled up. The aircraft in conflict was then seen approximately 7 NM on final. Afterwards, the aircraft in conflict contacted the flight service station (FSS) on the en-route frequency. The aircraft was identified and notified about the incident.
