A Jazz de Havilland DHC-8-402 (C-GSJZ/JZA7969) from Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Toronto/Billy Bishop, ON (CYTZ) was following CRQ922 and was a bit slow to take off. An Air Canada Boeing 737 MAX 8 (C-GEHV/ACA774) from Los Angeles, CA (KLAX) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) was unable to slow down. The result: ACA774 was instructed to pull up.

A Les Machines Roger Piper PA 31-325 (C-FORH) from Peterborough, ON (CYPQ) to Val-d’Or, QC (CYVO) had a flat and was disabled on the runway. Impact on operations: Runway 36 was closed from 1639Z to 1653Z. An inspection was performed and foreign object debris (FOD) was found on the runway.

Aviation Cessna A188 (C-GZNI) from Val-d’Or, QC (CYVO) to Kapuskasing, ON (CYYU); C-GMXD pulled up. The aircraft in conflict was then seen approximately 7 NM on final. Afterwards, the aircraft in conflict contacted the flight service station (FSS) on the en-route frequency. The aircraft was identified and notified about the incident.
