When landing on Runway 24L, a Jazz Embraer ERJ 170-200 SU (JZA7591) from Newark/Liberty, NJ (KEWR) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) reported having to stop at the Runway 06R threshold because it no longer had directional control. Impact: a Jazz de Havilland DHC-8-402 (JZA7958) from Toronto/Billy Bishop, ON (CYTZ) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) and a Jazz Bombardier CL-600-2D24 (JZA8596) from Winnipeg/James Armstrong Richardson, MB (CYWG) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) on approach were instructed to pull up, and the departure of a Sunwing Airlines Inc. Boeing 737-800 (SWG604) from Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Varadero/Juan Gualberto Gomez, Cuba (MUVR) was delayed. Holds for: an Air Canada Airbus BD-500-1A11 (ACA332) from Edmonton, AB (CYEG) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL); an Air Canada Airbus BD-500-1A11 (ACA324) from Calgary, AB (CYYC) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL); and a Jazz Embraer ERJ 170-200 SU (JZA8006) from Ottawa/Macdonald-Cartier, ON (CYOW) to Montreal/Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau, QC (CYUL). JZA7591 was able to depart by itself around 1705Z. An inspection was performed after its departure.
