At 1858Z, an Exact Air Inc. Cessna 310R (C-GJAX) from La Grande Rivière, QC (CYGL) to La Grande Rivière, QC (CYGL) reported that it had to return and land due to an improperly closed door. It landed at 1901Z but an object fell onto the runway through the open door. A vehicle was sent out to pick up the object. An Air Inuit Ltd. de Havilland DHC-8-314 (C-GQIW/AIE861) from La Grande Rivière, QC (CYGL) to Inukjuak, QC (CYPH) taxied to take off from Runway 31 and had to hold short. Its departure was delayed by 10 minutes.

The crew of an Air Inuit Havilland DHC-8-301 (AIE862), flying from La Grande Rivière (CYGL), QC, to Inukjuak (CYPH), QC, reported that it was returning to the airport because of an instrumentation problem. No emergency declared. The air traffic controller (ATC) was notified. After burning off fuel for approximately 30 minutes, AIE862 landed safely at 1430Z. No operational impact.

BST#A17Q0182: C-GUAI, an Air Inuit Bombardier DHC-8-300, was on flight AIE9884 from La Grande-Rivière, QC (CYGL) to Inukjuak, QC (CYPH). During descent toward CYPH, the crew noticed a loss of hydraulic fluid from the number 2 system. An emergency was declared and the crew proceeded with a diversion to Puvirnituq, QC (CYPX), where landing occurred without any other problems.

After takeoff from Inukjuak (CYPH), QC, a Max Aviation Beech 100 (MAX150), from Inukjuak (CYPH), QC, to Amos/Magny (CYEY), QC, reported pressurization problems and that it would conduct the flight at 10000 ft.
