There was a unruly passenger on the flight during push off for COVID mask non-compliance. The individual was removed from the aircraft. The police officers found bullets on the passenger. The aircraft was evacuated and all passengers were re-screened. The flights initially scheduled departure time was 13:25 Eastern Standard Time (EST). It was re-scheduled for a 15:30 EST departure.

UPDATE: Duplicate AOR-287087-V2: An Air Canada Airbus BD-500-1A11 (C-GJXN/ACA664) from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) declared "PAN PAN", advised the Moncton (YQM) high-level controller that they blew a tire on departure from CYUL, and requested that the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit be on stand-by for their arrival into CYHZ. The aircraft landed at 2007Z. No impact on operations.

An Airborne Sensing Corporation Piper PA-31-325 (C-FPXL/SNAAP3) from Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) to Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) departed from Runway 30, IFR, and had a noticeable fluid leak within 10-15 seconds of the climb out. The adjacent IFR sector was advised, and the Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) services were notified. The aircraft was brought around into the circuit pattern to land. The aircraft landed without issue, taxied in under its own power, and several aircraft were delayed or held to accommodate a runway inspection immediately following the incident. At 0105Z, the Airport Manager suspended airport operations to allow a tall ship to pass through the shipping channel north of the airport. At 0115Z, the Airport Manager was notified that the ship was no longer coming, and resumed operations. A Flair Airlines Boeing 737-800 (FLE824) from Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) to Kitchener/Waterloo, ON (CYKF) was cleared to 6000 feet, a VFR traffic en route was observed and was not considered a conflict at the time of hand-off. FLE824 advised of a traffic alert and collision avoidance system (TCAS) resolution advisory (RA) with the VFR traffic. No operational impact.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

A Swoop Inc. Boeing 737-8CT (C-FPLS/WSW361) from Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) reported a traffic alert and collision avoidance system (TCAS) resolution advisory (RA) on final approach for Runway 24L descending through 2900 feet. Traffic in the vicinity of CZYD around 1500 feet was passed. WSW361 elected to break off the approach. WSW361 landed Runway 24L at 2002Z without further incident (WOFI). No impact to operations.

An Air Transat Airbus A321-211 (C-GTCY/TSC930) from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) to Vancouver, BC (CYVR) was 2.7NM ahead and 200ft above. ACA606 was on a visual departure.
