LSJ447 conducted a VFR circuit to land.

A phone call was received to report the accidental setting off of the emergency locator transmitter (ELT) of a Gestion Majel Inc. Robinson R44 (C-FSYO). The area control centre (ACC) shift manager was notified.

When landing on Runway 24R, an Airmedic Inc. Pilatus PC-12/47E (C-GMXD/AM267+) from Chisasibi, QC (CSU2) to Montréal/St-Hubert, QC (CYHU) got a stuck brake, which caused a runway excursion. AM267+ asked for an ambulance for a patient on board. Damage to one tire. Impact: Runway 06L/24R was closed from 0133Z to 0340Z. The National Operations Centre (NOC) and the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) were notified.

Incident at RIMOUSKI QC (CYXK)

A privately registered Cessna 182T from Port-Menier, QC (CYPN) to Rimouski, QC (CYXK) experienced an electrical issue and had a communication failure. It communicated with the flight service station (FSS) by phone. The FSS activated the aircraft radio control of aerodrome lighting (ARCAL) system and the aircraft landed without incident at 0005Z.

The aircraft was seen turning left at 900 ft. The other aircraft saw it on right base for Runway 18. The FSS was called; no response. Impact on operations: departure delayed for CRQ922.

TSB Report #A22Q0112: A privately operated Cessna 120X was on a visual flight rules flight from Charlevoix, QC (CYML) to a private field in St-Ambroise, QC with a pilot and one passenger on board. During the takeoff roll, the aircraft tilted to the left at the same time the wheels left the ground. The left wing touched the ground and the aircraft exited on the left side of Runway 15. The aircraft was greatly damaged and the pilot suffered minor cuts.

During manoeuvres at approximately 3 metres above the ground, the drone became uncontrollable, an emergency landing took place, and the aircraft sustained major damage. There were no injuries and the ground did not sustain damage.

AM187 was disabled on Lima for more than two hours; general aviation traffic had to be rerouted. Repairs done on the taxiway.
