Cessna 208B (C-FEXB/MAL7056) from Sudbury, ON (CYSB) to Toronto/Pearson, ON (CYYZ) was instructed to Go-Around for wake turbulence and a WestJet Boeing 737-8CT (C-GWSZ/WJA699) from Toronto/Pearson, ON (CYYZ) to Calgary, AB (CYYC) in position for take-off. MAL7056 landed on Runway 05 at 2236Z, and CFG402 landed on Runway 05 at 2238Z without further incident. No operational impact.

TSB #A18W0107: PCO3014, a Saab 340 aircraft operated by Pacific Coastal Airlines, had departed off Runway 17R at Calgary Intl, AB (CYYC), and was issued a left turn direct to NOSIV after departure. CFG441, a Boeing 767 aircraft operated by Condor Airlines, was conducting a flight from CYYC to Stuttgart/Echterdingen, Germany (EDDS). Shortly after becoming airborne off Runway 17L at CYYC, CFG441 came within 300 feet vertically and 1.6 nm laterally from PCO3014, where 1000 feet or 3.0 nm was required.
A Pacific Coastal Airlines SAAB 340A (PCO3014) from Calgary Int'l, AB (CYYC) to Medicine Hat, AB (CYXH) departed Runway 17R and was issued a left turn DCT NOSIV. A Condor Flugdienst Boeing 767 300 (CFG441) from Calgary Int'l, AB (CYYC) to Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF) was validated to depart 17L and shortly after becoming airborne came within 300 feet vertically and 1.6NM laterally of PCO3014 when 1000 feet or 3.0NM was needed. No impact to operations.

Moncton (QM) center high coordinated with New York (NY) for a Condor Flugdienst GMBH Boeing 767 300 (D-ABUB/CFG206) from Frankfurt Airport, Germany (EDDF) to Frank Pais Airport, Cuba (MUHG) to cross JEBBY at FL340. The aircraft was at FL360 and radar services were terminated without the aircraft cleared down to FL340. The aircraft reported JEBBY at FL360 with NY. NY called to advise the aircraft was still at FL360 and was clearing aircraft to FL340 . No loss of separation with other aircraft. No impact to operation.

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

UPDATE: TSB Report#A18A0021: D-ABUI, a Boeing 767-300ER aircraft operated by Condor Flugdienst, was conducting flight DE2185 from Havana/José Martí Intl., Cuba (MUHA) to Frankfurt/Rhein-Main, Germany (EDDF) with 10 crew members and 253 passengers on board. While in cruise flight, one of the flight crew members became incapacitated and the third pilot took over this member's duties. A mayday was declared and DE2185 continued on route while the flight crew member's condition was being assessed. Initially, a diversion to St. John's Intl airport, NL (CYYT) was requested, however due to the weather conditions at CYYT, DE2185 subsequently diverted to Halifax/Stanfield Intl Airport, NS (CYHZ). About 1 hour prior to landing, the mayday was cancelled and a Pan Pan was declared. DE2185 landed at CYHZ without further incident.
At 0805Z, the Halifax Tower was advised that a Condor Flugdienst GMBH Boeing 767 300 (DABUI/CFG185) from Havana, Cuba (MUHA) to Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF) was diverting to Halifax / Stanfield Intl., NS (CYHZ) due to an incapacitated pilot. The aircraft landed at 0940Z. No impact to operations.

A Condor Flugdienst Boeing 767-300 (DABUA/CFG769) on a flight from Samana, Dominican Republic (MDCY) to Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF) was passed from New York (NY) to Gander (QX) on the aircraft flight plan route of 50/20 KOGAD BIMGO. QX controller called NY and approved the estimate at a new flight level and with a reroute after passing (APSG) 50/20 to SOMAX ATSUR. NY said that they sent the reroute to CFG768 via controller-pilot data link communications (CPDLC) at 0301Z. When the aircraft came into QX airspace we sent a UM137 to confirm route and the flight responded with a DM40 indicating the aircraft was intending to fly final point rating (FPR).
