Incident at In the vicinity of: Sola (ENZV)

TSB #A18F0193: C-FMLV, a Boeing 767-300 aircraft operated by Air Canada rouge, was conducting flight ROU1967 from Berlin/Tegel, Germany (EDDT) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ). During cruise flight in the vicinity of Stavanger/Sola, Norway (ENZV), a flight attendant became incapacitated due to illness. The order of priority for the cabin crew was reassigned.

Incident at 6100N 06430W

A Scandinavian Airlines System Boeing 737 700 (SAS951), from Stavanger, Norway (ENZV), to Houston, TX (KIAH), was observed on radar 12NM from its flight plan. SAS951 flew GRIBS, HELMO instead of GRIBS, JELCO, HELMO. The pilot indicated that it was due to an typing error in the Flight Management System (FMS). No impact on operations.

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ)

An American registered Gulfstream G1159A, enroute from Stavanger (ENZV) to Halifax (CYHZ), at 43,000 ft. had an ELT malfunction resulting in the unit continuously transmitting. The Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) was advised. The aircraft landed safely in Halifax at 06:35Z. The flight crew will contact the RCC to advise as well as rectify the malfunction. Nil TSB.

Incident at 50 NM au sud edu du radiophare (NDB) de Chiboo (Chapais)(MT)

ADB1094, an Antonov AN-124 operated by Antonov Design Bureau, was conducting an instrument flight rules (IFR) flight from Fort Worth/Texas (KAFW) to Stavanger (ENZV). The aircraft left flight level 330 and climbed to flight level 340 without clearance from the air traffic controller (ATC). The crew was instructed to return to flight level 330. No impact on ATC operations. **** *** **** ADB1094, un Antonov AN-124 exploité par Antonov Design Bureau, effectuait un vol selon les règles de vol aux instruments (IFR) depuis Fort Worth/Texas (KAFW) à destination de Stavanger (ENZV). L'aéronef évoluant au niveau de vol 330 a quitté celui-ci pour le niveau de vol 340 sans autorisation du contrôleur de la circulation aérienne (ATC). L'équipage a reçu l'instruction de retourner au niveau de vol 330. Aucun impact sur les opérations ATC.

Incident at 70nm North of Stephenville NF

AT 1747Z a US Military C130 bound for Brunswick NAS from ENZV (STAVANGER/SOLA) approximately 70NM North of Stephenville declared an emergency. The number 2 engine was shutdown due to low oil pressure and possible engine overheating. The aircraft continued to destination. Halifax RCC was advised. The C130 exited Canadian airspace at 1949Z.
