Incident at QUÉBEC / JEAN LESAGE INTL QC (CYQB)

TSB report #A20Q0025: C-GPAT, an Airbus 310-300 operated by Air Transat, was preparing for flight TSC462 with a departure from Quebec/Jean Lesage airport (CYQB), QC to Punta Cana International Airport (MDPC) in the Dominican Republic. During boarding, one of the cabin crew members became ill and was unable to continue duties. The cabin crew member was provided with medical assistance. Positions were reassigned among the other cabin crew members and the flight operated with 6 cabin crew members, instead of 7; 6 being the minimum cabin crew complement on the A310.

Incident at 25NM SW PARENT QC (CYPP)

A Chrono Aviation Inc. Beech 1900D (C-GXCA/NDL191) from Timmins/Victor M. Power, ON (CYTS) to Quebec/Jean Lesage, QC (CYQB) declared a medical emergency and requested both ambulance and Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) services upon its arrival at CYQB. The aircraft made it to the ground on Runway 24 at 2044Z without incident.
UPDATE TSB Report #A20Q0037: A Chrono Aviation Beech 1900D (C-GXCA/NDL191) was on an instrument flight rules (IFR) flight from Timmins, ON (CYTS) to Quebec/Jean Lesage, QC (CYQB) with 18 passengers and 2 crew members on board. Approximately 35 minutes before landing, the pilot-in-command (PIC) felt ill after eating a meal. At that time, the co-pilot was in control and the PIC took over the duties of the pilot monitoring (PM). Shortly afterwards, the PIC fell unconscious. The co-pilot contacted the air controller to inform him of the situation and declared an emergency. A few minutes later, the PIC regained consciousness. The plane landed without incident at CYQB and the PIC was transported to hospital by ambulance.

Incident at MONTMAGNY QC (CSE5)

Aviation incident report #16500: At 2045Z, a privately registered Piper PA-20X landed on Runway 08 at the Montmagny, QC (CSE5) airport on its skis. The pilot then tried on his own to leave the runway, but since he was unable to do so, a staff member on duty and an Air Montmagny pilot pulled the aircraft off the runway and onto the snow. The plane could go to the hangar directly afterwards. A runway inspection was conducted to ensure that it was in good condition. No breakage, no collision, no injuries. It seems that the pilot of the Piper PA-20X had forgotten to lower its wheels before landing.

Accident at PEMBROKE ON (CYTA) (Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown, FOD (foreign object debris))

Aviation Incident Report #16622: The Pembroke, ON (CYTA) airport manager (APM) received a phone call from the after hours dispatch service at 2244Z indicating that the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) needed to get through the gate for an airplane crash involving a privately registered Zenair STOL CH 701. APM attended the airport and observed that the OPP were already airside. Upon APM and OPP arrival, the aircraft had already been removed from the runway by the pilot and the pilots friend, and was located at the hangar. APM observed aircraft damage to the engine cowling, evidence of a propeller strike and saw that the nose wheel had snapped off. OPP contacted the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB) for instructions. APM attended the runway to remove foreign object debris (FOD) and check for damage. Later, the Aviation Operations Centre (AVOPS) duty officer received a call from the OPP at 2317Z on May 19th, 2020 regarding the Zenair STOL CH 701 aircraft, which suffered a “rough landing” at Pembroke, ON (CYTA), whereby the nose of the aircraft had hit the ground. There were no reported injuries.
UPDATE TSB Report #A20O0046: A Zenair STOL CH701 advanced ultra-light aircraft was returning to Pembroke, ON (CYTA) after a local flight and landed hard. The nose gear collapsed, causing a propeller strike, and the aircraft came to a stop on the runway. There was no injuries, but the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

Aviation Incident Report #16570: A WestJet Boeing 767-338 (WJA2703) landed in Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ) at 2345Z and was into the gate at 0006Z. The aircraft needed to hold due to Canada customs: additional screening for COVID virus, giving people space between each other. The aircraft was released at 0250Z. Guests began to get irate and unruly at approximately 0220Z. Guests were fighting with each other and someone opened duty free to drink. Police presence was requested. Manager attended the flight when advised guests were going to step off the plane and would no longer listen to instructions. On the way to aircraft, doors were opened to customs hall so there would not be a breach if guests ignored instructions and deplaned. No guests were off the plane when manager arrived at 0230Z. Police arrived at approximately 0235Z. Police arrived with masks, they briefed with crew. They called Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to try and help get hold released. Customs hold released at 0250Z. Police did not step on plane to deal with any specific passengers, stayed near doorway. Passengers were standing near the door.

A WestJet Boeing 787-9 (C-GKKN/WJA658) from Calgary, AB (CYYC) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ) requested medical priority to CYYZ due to a sick cabin crew member. Emergency medical service (EMS) arranged to meet the aircraft at the gate. Aircraft landed on Runway 15L at 1808Z. No impact to operations.
UPDATE TSB Report #A20O0032: The WestJet Boeing 787-900 (Flight 658, C-GKKN) was on route from Calgary International Airport (CYYC) to Toronto/LBPIA (CYYZ), when a flight attendant became ill and was removed from their duties. The aircraft continued to destination without further incident.

Incident at TORONTO / LESTER B. PEARSON INTL ON (CYYZ)

TSB Report #A20O0012: After departure from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson (CYYZ), ON, one of the flight attendants on Sunwing flight SWG207, a Boeing 737-800 (C-GNVR) aircraft, became ill. The flight attendant was unable to continue with their duties. The flight continued to Los Cabos (MMSD), Mexico and paramedics were arranged to meet the aircraft on arrival.

Incident at NUBER intersection

A Sunwing Airlines Boeing 737-8K5 (C-GLZX/SWG298) from Thunder Bay, ON (CYQT) to Varadero, Cuba (MUVR) advised they had a medical emergency on board, and requested to divert to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ). Priority handling given and SWG298 landed on Runway 23 at 2349Z without further incident (WOFI). No operational impact.
Update TSB Report #A20O0024: Sunwing flight SWG298, a Boeing 737-800 (C-GLZX) aircraft was on route from Thunder Bay (CYQT) ON to Varadero, Cuba (MUVR) and had just reached cruising altitude when a flight attendant became ill and was unable to continue their duties. The flight crew decided to divert to Toronto LBPIA (CYYZ) and declared a medical emergency for a crew member. The aircraft landed in CYYZ without further incident and the flight attendant was taken to the hospital. A replacement flight attendant was sent to the aircraft and the aircraft continued to MUVR.

A Durham Flight Centre Inc. Cessna 172I (C-GBMK) from Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO) to Toronto/Oshawa, ON (CYOO), on departure from Runway 30, reported handling issues and requested an emergency landing on Runway 23. Fire trucks and airport duty manager notified. Aircraft landed at 2046Z without further incident. Fire trucks stood down. Minimal delay to operations.

Incident at EDMONTON INTL AB (CYEG) (Aerodrome - visual aids, Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

At approximately 0620Z, at Edmonton, AB (CYEG), the runway lights for Runway 12/30, Taxiway A and all exits went into fault mode and turned off. The Duty Manager (DM) was advised, and CYEG switched to single runway operation until daylight the following day. No further impact to operations.

Accident at OAK HAMMOCK AIR PARK MB (CAV9)

The Winnipeg duty shift manager received a call regarding an aircraft accident at Oak Hammock Air Park, MB (CAV9) from the provincial 911 services. There was little information given. The National Operations Centre (NOC) was advised by the Aviation Operations Centre (AVOPS). A privately registered, amateur-built Pegazair-100 ADAC flipped on landing. There was 1 person on board (POB), no injuries, no impact to operations.
Update TSB Report #A20C0035: A privately registered Pegazair-100 ADAC aircraft, was conducting a local fight from Oak Hammock Air Park (CAV9), MB with only the pilot on board. On the downwind leg the pilot selected carburetor heat between mid and 3/4 travel. While turning from base leg onto a final approach for Runway 36, the engine power began to falter after reducing power from 2000 rpm to 1500 rpm. There was no throttle response and the engine (Teledyne Continental Motors O-200) stopped a few seconds later while the aircraft was roughly 200-300 feet above ground level. The pilot checked that the fuel tank was selected "on". Carburetor heat was "on". Magnetos were on "both". The pilot maintained control and conducted a forced landing into a field approximately 0.5 nautical miles from the runway. After the 3 point touchdown the aircraft decelerated rapidly due to the soft, muddy terrain. The tail rose and the aircraft overturned and came to rest inverted. The pilot was uninjured and was able to exit the aircraft. The pilot signaled to people at the airport and returned to the aircraft to shut of the fuel and electrical system. EMS responded to the scene and evaluated the pilot. The aircraft sustained damage to the wings, cowling, tail, and a wing strut. The aircraft was recovered back to the airport. At Winnipeg/James Armstrong Richardson Intl, MB (CYWG) the temperature and dew point were reported to be 15 C and 3 C respectively at 1900 UTC, shortly before the occurrence.

TSB Report #A20W0028: C-FGWJ, a Boeing 737-700 operated by WestJet Airlines, was operating as flight WS112 from Vancouver Intl (CYVR), BC to Calgary Intl (CYYC), AB with 5 crew members and 21 passengers on board. During the enroute portion of the flight, flight attendant #2 experienced a medical condition and was unable to perform the duties required. The captain was advised of the situation, and flight attendant #2 duties were distributed between the remaining flight attendants for the remainder of the flight. An uneventful landing was completed. EMS met the aircraft at the gate, assessed and subsequently released flight attendant #2.

Incident at EDMONTON INTL AB (CYEG)

Aviation Incident Report #16537: A guest aboard a WestJet de Havilland DHC-8-402 (C-GWEG) on a flight from Edmonton Intl, AB (CYEG) to Calgary Intl, AB (CYYC) was causing a disturbance during the safety demonstration in CYEG. Once flight was airborne, the passenger became aggressive and had to be moved to a different seat. The passenger was also causing interference with crew member duties throughout flight. Captain requested for Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officer after landing. 911 was called and made arrangements on arrival.

Incident at RANKIN INLET NU (CYRT) (Communication error, Incursion - runway - vehicle)

While responding to an incident at Rankin Inlet, NU (CYRT), a Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) emergency response vehicle arrived late, after vehicles ST20 and RED1 escorted the other vehicles onto the runway. The RCMP vehicle proceeded onto the runway without communication with the Flight Service Station (FSS) and without an escort. FSS advised ST20 they had another +1. After the incident was resolved, the officers were asked to come and speak to the FSS on duty to review airport emergency procedures and vehicle control service protocol. No impact to operations. (Reference CADORS 2020C1087 / AOR 263074-V1).

Incident at YELLOWKNIFE NT (CYZF) (Aerodrome - other, Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

At Yellowknife, NT (CYZF), a small building was noticed to be on fire and the airport firehall was called to respond. The local Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) unit and the city firehall responded. The building is located about 400 feet Northeast (NE) of the threshold of Runway 16. Taxiway Hotel was closed by the airport duty manager. Runway 16/34 was closed by the Airport Manager (APM) from 1505Z until 1519Z. No impact to operations, as Runway 10/28 remained open. A Summit Air Ltd. BAE Systems RJ85 operating as a First Air flight (FAB238) from Edmonton, AB (CYEG) to Yellowknife, NT (CYZF) and a Summit Air ATR 72-200 (SU7121) from Yellowknife, NT (CYZF) to Gahcho Kue, NT (CGK2) were re-assigned to Runway 10 due to the closure of Runway 16/34. No further impact.

An off duty Flight Service Station (FSS) reported a small four-rotor black remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) operating at low level near water-booster station 2, inside the restricted area (0FT). The RPAS operator did not make arrangements or contact the FSS. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) were advised.

Incident at DIAVIK NT (CDK2)

TSB Report #A20W0014: The Summit Air Ltd. SU8142 British Aerospace BAE-146 (Avro RJ100), C-GZRJ, was operating from Yellowknife, NT (CYZF) to Diavik, NT (CDK2). Approximately 20 nm from the initial approach fix the flight deck was informed that a cabin crew member became incapacitated and was unable to perform their duties. The aircraft landed without further incident and an ambulance met the aircraft. No emergency was declared.

A Perimeter Aviation Swearingen SA226-TC (PAG02) from Cross Lake, MB (CYCR) to Thompson, MB (CYTH) declared PAN PAN while inbound from the south and indicated they are flying single pilot as the captain needed to tend to a medical passenger in the back. Passenger was assisted and the captain re-joined the cab and landed without incident. No emergency declared, no impact on operations.
Update TSB Report #A20C0010: C-GIQG, a Swearingen SA 226-TC operated by Perimeter Aviation PAG02, was conducting a medevac flight from Cross Lake (CYCR), MB to Thompson (CYTH), MB. During the descent into CYTH, the paramedic attending the patient required assistance. The first officer left the cockpit to assist and the Captain made a PAN PAN indicating single pilot operations. Prior to landing, the first officer returned to the cockpit and resumed normal duties. The aircraft subsequently landed safely at CYTH.

Incident at HALIFAX / STANFIELD INTL NS (CYHZ) (Dangerous goods/hazardous materials, Aerodrome, runway or taxiway shutdown)

The Terminal advised that an FAI Rent-a-Jet Learjet 60 (DCITA/IFA1183) from Reykjavik, Iceland (BIKF) to Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) was inbound with a hydraulic problem/failure. The airport firehall and duty manager were advised. Aircraft landed on Runway 05 at 1256Z. Aircraft needed to be towed off the runway and was removed at 1324Z. Hydraulic fluid spill was cleaned and runway inspected and available at 1350Z. No impact on operations.
Update TSB Report #A20A0014: D-CITA, a Leajet 60 aircraft operated by FAI Aviation Group, was conducting flight IFA1183 from Keflavik Intl. (BIKF), Iceland, to Halifax/Stanfield Intl. (CYHZ), NS. The crew advised the area controller that they were inbound to CYHZ with a hydraulic system problem. Halifax tower advised the ARFF and they stood by while the aircraft landed uneventfully on Runway 05 at 09:56 ADT. It was not possible for the aircraft to taxi clear of the runway. It was towed off the runway and a hydraulic fluid spill was cleaned up. The runway was inspected and re-opened at 10:50 ADT. There was no impact on ATC operations. Maintenance determined that there was a loose B-Nut at the left hand pressure switch. Maintenance tightened the B-nut and replaced the pressure and return filters, and both engine driven hydraulic pumps. All hydraulic systems were tested and a landing gear retraction test was successfully completed. The aircraft was returned to service.

An Air Canada Rouge Airbus A319-114 (C-FYJP/ROU1784) from Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ) to Cayo Coco, Cuba (MUCC) reported foreign object debris (FOD) on the taxi line entering Runway 23 from Taxiway Foxtrot. Incident at WABUSH NL (CYWK) (Aerodrome - power failure, ATM - operations)

At 1805Z, a total power failure occurred at the Wabush, NL (CYWK) flight service station (FSS) due to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) failure. Area Control Centre (ACC) and airport operator (APO) advised. Wabush FSS evacuated to the Evacuation Site to resume limited duties. Power restored at 1815Z, Wabush FSS resumed normal operations. No impact to operations.

A Propair Beech 100 (PRO4600) from Rouyn-Noranda, QC (CYUY) to Val-DOr, QC (CYVO) mentioned a problem with the landing gear indicator and requested to conduct a low approach so that the flight service station (FSS) on duty could verify the situation. The aircraft then landed without incident. No impact on operations.

Incident at MONTRÉAL INTL (MIRABEL) QC (CYMX) (Aerodrome - visual aids)

At the Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) aerodrome, there was no control over the runway centreline lights. One out of two lights stayed lit permanently on level 3. The airport duty manager (ADM) was informed. The problem was resolved by an electrician at 0238Z.

Incident at 10NM RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP QC VOR (YRI)

An Air Canada Boeing 787-9 (C-FKSV/ACA875) from Frankfurt, Germany (EDDF) to Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) reported having an issue with their hydraulic system on the right side. They requested emergency vehicles at CYUL airport upon arrival. Runway 24R was closed by NOTAM, therefore it was re-opened temporarily by the Aéroports de Montréal (ADM). ACA875 landed safely at 1508Z.

Update TSB #A19F0146: C-FKSV, a Boeing 787-9 aircraft operated by Air Canada, was conducting flight ACA875 from Frankfurt/Rhein-Main (EDDF), Germany to Montreal/Pierre Elliot Trudeau Intl (CYUL), QC with 10 crew members and 243 passengers on board. During cruise flight at FL380 in the vicinity of N57/W025, the aircraft experienced a lost of the right hydraulic system pressure. The flight crew initially declared a PAN PAN as they were preparing to divert to London/Heathrow (EGLL), UK. However, it was subsequently determined that the issue was not affecting the safety of the flight or the ETOPS operation, as the system pressure and quantity was operating normally with the Electric Driven Pump on. The PAN PAN was cancelled, and the flight continued to CYUL without further incident. The operators maintenance found that the Engine Driven Pump (EDP) was leaking, and proceeded to replace it.

Update TSB #A19A0034: C-FMXC, a Boeing 767-300 aircraft operated by Air Canada rouge, was conducting flight ROU1913 from Barcelona/EI Prat (LEBL), Spain to Montreal/Pierre Elliot Trudeau Intl (CYUL), QC with 8 crew members and 230 passengers on board. During the cruise portion of the flight in the vicinity of Gander Intl (CYQX), NL, a flight attendant became incapacitated due to illness and was unable to perform duties. Positions were reassigned for the landing, and the flight landed at destination without further incident.

At the Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) aerodrome, the light on Taxiway F was out of service (U/S). A Skylink Express Inc. Beech 1900C (SLQ550) from Hamilton, ON (CYHM) to Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) went onto F with no light. The light came on a few minutes later. After a fourth reset, the light was on. The airport duty manager (ADM) was notified.

Incident at MONTRÉAL INTL (MIRABEL) QC (CYMX) (FOD (foreign object debris), Aerodrome - runway or taxiway surface condition)

A Bombardier Inc. Bombardier BD-500-1A11 (CS300) (BBA530) from Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) to Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) exited via Taxiway T and reported the presence of a foreign object (a plastic bag). The aircraft came to a stop and informed air traffic services (ATS). The airport duty manager (ADM) was notified. BBA530 started taxiing again approximately 10 minutes later, once the foreign object was removed.

A Nolinor Aviation Boeing 737-2R4C (C-GNLW/NRL796) from Montreal/Mirabel, QC (CYMX) to Iqaluit, NU (CYFB) went back after its takeoff due to a gear-down indication. The pilot did not declare an emergency. The airport duty manager was notified at 0656Z. Emergency vehicles were deployed. NRL796 landed without incident at 0713Z. No impact on operations.

The pilot of a WestJet Boeing 737-8CT (C-FWJS/WJA1877) on a flight from Kahului, HI (PHOG) to Vancouver Intl, BC (CYVR) advised that the first officer was ill and declared PAN PAN. The aircraft landed without delay. No operational impact.
UPDATE TSB Report #A19P0188: C-FWJS, a WestJet Boeing 737-800, was operating as flight WJA1877 from Maui/Kahului (PHOG), HI to Vancouver Intl. (CYVR), BC, with a crew of six and 148 passengers. During the approach one of the flight crew members was unable to perform duties. A PAN PAN was declared, the aircraft landed uneventfully.

Incident at 70NM VANCOUVER INTL BC (CYVR)

Pilot of a KF Cargo Convair 340 (C-GKFG/KFA576) from Kelowna, BC (CYLW) to Vancouver, BC (CYVR) reported a crew member (pilot) incapacitated. Requested priority but no ambulance. Tower initiated precautionary stand by. Aircraft landed Runway 08R without further incident at 0252Z. As they entered Apron 4 to park at 0257Z, the pilot requested medical assistance.
UPDATE TSB Report #A19P0177: C-GKFG, a Convair 340 aircraft operated by Kelowna Flightcraft, was conducting flight KFA576 from Kelowna (CYLW), BC to Vancouver Intl (CYVR), BC with 2 crew members on board. When 70 nm northeast of CYVR the captain became ill and could not continue with their duties. The first officer notified ATC of the situation and requested priority handling. ARFF was on standby for landing, which was uneventful. The flight was met by ARFF and BC Ambulance Service.

An Air Canada Airbus A321-211 (ACA117) on a flight from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ) to Vancouver Intl, BC (CYVR) reported a crew member falling ill and requested priority into CYVR. Arrangements made through company. No operational impact.
Update TSB Report #A19P0154: C-FGKZ, an Airbus A321-200 operating as Air Canada flight ACA117 from Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl. (CYYZ), ON to Vancouver Intl. (CYVR), BC was en route when a flight attendant became ill and could not continue their duties. The flight attendants duties were distributed among other cabin crew members and priority was requested for landing at CYVR. The landing was uneventful and EMS met the aircraft at the gate.

TSB #A19P0111: C-FJQL, an Airbus A321-211 aircraft operated by Air Canada Rouge, was conducting flight ROU1683 from Toronto/Lester B. During cruise flight, a cabin crew member became incapacitated due to illness and was unable to continue duties. Duties were distributed to remaining cabin crew members for the landing.

Update TSB #A19P0106: C-GEFA, an Airbus A330-343 aircraft operated by Air Canada was conducting flight ACA863 from Dubai Intl (OMDB), UAE to Vancouver Intl (CYVR), BC with 11 crew members and 282 passengers on board. Prior arrival to CYVR, the flight crew reported that a cabin crew member was ill and duties were distributed among the rest of cabin crew. The flight crew declared an emergency, the aircraft landed without further incident.

A WestJet Encore de Havilland DHC-8-402 (WEN3107) from Vancouver, BC (CYVR) to Terrace, BC (CYXT) advised that a fight attendant had a medical emergency and requested an ambulance to meet them on the apron.
Update TSB #A19P0087: C-FQWE, a de Havilland DHC-8-400 aircraft operated by WestJet Encore, was conducting flight WEN3107 from Vancouver Intl (CYVR), BC to Terrace (CYXT), BC with 4 crew members and 78 passengers on board. Approximately 25 minutes before the landing at CYXT, one of the cabin crew members became incapacitated due to illness, and was unable to complete their duties. Duties were reassigned to the remaining cabin crew member for the remainder of the flight.

Incident at 1162NM SSE Vancouver Intl

TSB Report #A19P0029: C-FZRM, a Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated by WestJet, was conducting flight WJA2152 from Vancouver Intl (CYVR), BC to Puerto Vallarta/Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Intl (MMPR), Mexico with 6 crew members and 128 passengers on board. Approximately 2 hour and 50 minutes into the flight, a cabin crew member became ill and was unable to continue duties. The affected cabin crew member’s duties were reassigned to the remainder of the cabin crew for the rest of the flight. Upon arrival, the affected cabin crew member was transported to hospital by EMS.

A WestJet Boeing 737-700 (WJA192) from Victoria Intl, BC (CYYJ) to Edmonton Intl, AB (CYEG) reported that the first officer was incapacitated. No emergency was declared. WJA192 landed safely at 0554Z.
Update TSB Report #A19W0029: C-GSWJ, a Boeing 737-700 aircraft operated by WestJet, was conducting flight WJA192 from Victoria Intl (CYYJ), BC to Edmonton Intl (CYEG), AB with 5 crew members and 32 passengers on board. During cruise flight at FL390 in the vicinity of Kamloops (CYKA), BC, one of the flight crew members became incapacitated and was unable to perform flying duties. A cabin crew member assisted the pilot to the rear of the aircraft, while MedLink was consulted. The flight continued to CYEG where it landed without further incident. The aircraft was met at the gate by Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The pilot was assessed, and released shortly thereafter.

TSB Report #A19O0169: C-GRXN a Pilatus PC-12/47E was performing Ornge flight 528707. Enroute to Fort Albany (CYFA), ON from Timmins (CYTS), ON, the Captain (Pilot Flying) experienced a sudden onset of nausea and dizziness. Unable to continue duties as Pilot Flying (PF), aircraft control was transferred to the First Officer, and the flight returned to CYTS where it landed succesfully.
