The Whitehorse/Erik Nielsen, YT (CYXY) tower opened at 1510Z, instead of the published time of 1400Z. The advisory service from the Whitehorse flight information centre (FIC) was continued until the tower opened.

A British Airways Boeing 787-8 (GZBJA/BAW99) from London/Heathrow, United Kingdom (EGLL) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson, ON (CYYZ), while inbound to CYYZ, advised of a passenger on board requiring medical assistance on arrival. Appropriate agencies were advised. The aircraft landed at 0129Z without further incident.

The presence of foreign object debris (FOD) resulted in the closure of Runway 05 and Taxiway Alpha after the arrival of an ASL Airlines Belgium Boeing 747-400 (TAY011) from New York/John F. Kennedy, NY (KJFK) to Halifax/Stanfield, NS (CYHZ). One arrival switched to Runway 32. No other impact. Runway 05 was serviceable again at 1655Z, and Alpha at 1709Z.

A Services Hélicocorp Inc.
