Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

A Rockcliffe Flying Club Piper PA-31 (C-FRKG) from Fredericton Intl, NB (CYFC) to Saint John, NB (CYSJ) reported not having three green lights on final for Runway 32. The aircraft circled around to try to resolve the issue and then made a low pass on Runway 14. The flight service station (FSS) and two fire fighters in Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) trucks were able to observed 3 landing gears. The aircraft landed safely without any issues at 1739Z.

At Calgary, AB (CYYC), an emergency locator transmitter (ELT) signal was heard for 58 minutes commencing at 1802Z. The ELT was traced to a WestJet (WJA) aircraft.

Incident at CHICOUTIMI / ST-HONORÉ QC (CYRC)

An Exact Air Beech A100 (C-FDOS/ET824) from Poste Montagnais (Mile 134), QC (CSF3) to Chicoutimi/St-Honoré, QC (CYRC) declared PAN PAN due to a landing gear issue. Emergency vehicles were deployed. The aircraft landed without issue at 1602Z. A runway inspection was conducted and nothing abnormal was found. No impact to operations.

After departing Winnipeg/James Armstrong Richardson Intl, MB (CYWG), a Missinippi Air-Care Beech 200 (C-GOGT/MA03) reported an issue and advised diverting to Winnipeg/St. Andrews, MB (CYAV). No impact to operations. No assistance required.

Incident at 5647N / 12324W

A person called to advise of an emergency locator transmitter (ELT) activation at 56.7943N 123.4020N. The aircraft was a privately registered, amateur-built Rans S-7 Courier. The Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) Victoria advised they are aware of the incident and that the aircraft had crashed. A helicopter was dispatched from Fort St. John, BC (CYXJ) to the site. No flight plan was on file with NAV CANADA. 1 soul on board (SOB), uninjured. The Area Control Centre (ACC) shift manager was also advised. (Duplicate AOR 264340-V1 deleted)

Incident at 4NM PITT MEADOWS BC (CYPK)

A Pacific Flying Club Cessna 152 (C-GZSA) from Vancouver/Boundary Bay, BC (CZBB) to Vancouver/Boundary Bay, BC (CZBB) was inbound to Pitt Meadows, BC (CYPK) for one stop-and-go departure to CZBB. At 4NM final, C-GZSA squawked 7600 and communication could not be established. Landing clearance was given via light signal. After landing at Pitt Meadows, BC (CYPK), C-GZSA re-established communication, and departed to CZBB at 1750Z. No impact on operations.
