At 0441Z, a Vistajet Bombardier BD-700-1A10 (9HJVD/VJT744) from Montreal/Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Glasgow, Scotland (EGPF) 7 NM on final for Runway 24L reported a green laser on the left-hand side, coming from the roof of a skyscraper.

TSC107 landed on Runway 24L at 1729Z.

While en route, an ExpressJet Airlines Embraer ERJ-145 (ASQ4074) from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Chicago/OHare, IL (KORD) reported a fuel leak, requested a return to CYUL, and declared an emergency. Coordination was carried out. ASQ4074 was on the ground on Runway 06R at 0013Z. Impact: eight departures were delayed by approximately 10 min and four arrivals were delayed by 6 min. At departure from Runway 24L at 1510Z, an American corporately owned Embraer EMB-145XR (N14198/UCA4961) from Montreal/Pierre Elliott Trudeau, QC (CYUL) to Newark, NJ (KEWR) informed air traffic services (ATS) of a bird strike, and then, of a problem with engine 1. UCA4961 declared an emergency at 1514Z and came back to land at CYUL. UCA4960 landed without incident on Runway 24L at 1520Z. Impact: a few departures were delayed by approximately 10 min.

After landing, the pilot of a Good Spirit Air Service Beech B200 (C-FVCC/GT967) from Yorkton, SK (CYQV) to Thompson, MB (CYTH) indicated that they had received a traffic alert and collision avoidance system (TCAS) warning while on final approach. The only reported traffic was a Perimeter Aviation de Havilland DHC-8-106 (C-FUQY/PAG401) from Thompson, MB (CYTH) to Gods Lake Narrows, MB (CYGO) that was waiting for departure on Apron 1. PAG401 said it may have been them.
