A Western Air Charter Gulfstream Aerospace IV (N132JE/EDG132) from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic (MDPC) to Toronto/Lester B. Pearson Intl, ON (CYYZ) reported a green laser strike, 3 miles final Runway 23 on its left hand side. No operational impact.

Incident at LONDON ON (CYXU) (Incursion - manoeuvring area)

A Chrono Jet Inc. de Havilland DHC-8-106 (C-FGCP/MBK3031) from London, ON (CYXU) to Ottawa/Macdonald-Cartier, ON (CYOW) began to taxi via Taxiway G for departure from Runway 09. While taxiing, the aircraft reported a possible wildlife sighting. They lost sight of the wildlife (a fox) in the infield. MBK3031 continued to taxi slowly and departed safely. The Security Operations Centre (SOC) was advised of the wildlife presence and the direction in which it was last seen to be heading.

Incident at Kelowna

A Southern Interior Flight Centre (1993) Ltd. Cessna 172N (C-GMLY) was conducting night circuits at Kelowna, BC (CYLW) and failed to report in the downwind. The tower called the aircraft 3 times, with no response. C-GMLY squawked 7600 while in the downwind and called the tower phone via cell phone. The tower gave instructions over the phone. C-GMLY landed safely. No impact on operations.

At Rankin Inlet, NU (CYRT), a Calm Air (CAV) Cargo customer service agent reported seeing multiple snowmobiles, at 0330Z, racing up the hill at the threshold (THR) of Runway 13, but did not know who to report it to at the time. There was no known impact on airport operations. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the airport maintenance staff were notified at 2015Z.
